What Does User Experience Really Mean?

It’s all about putting yourself in your client’s place.

  • What’s their point of view?
  • What do they want?
  • What do they need to know?

Our client Powder Process-Solutions knew that their existing site did not provide an optimal user experience; it wasn’t responsive and had three distinct challenges: confusing navigation, an overwhelming amount of copy, and inconsistent branding.

So, we put our collective heads together and got to work looking at their company from their customer’s point of view. We helped them define and refine their messaging, ultimately reorganizing the site and pages to flow the way we know users search for information…and page views have increased 10%!

Now, the user experience is not only responsive, but effective and clearly understandable.

Here are a few tips when it comes to reorganizing your web content:

  • Prioritize the most important information
  • Eliminate duplicate copy and merge pages with overlap
  • Create a cohesive approach to how you will display content

Find out more about creating a better user experience.

Because it’s never a good idea to make your customers work to find your information.
