Haylee joined our team in 2019, and we want to get to know her a little bit better.
What is your new role at ColinKurtis? (job title and brief description) As a CK Project Coordinator I keep track of all the jobs by making sure the schedules run on the assigned timelines. I also make sure everyone is current on the latest updates.
What does a typical day look like? I’m behind the scenes making sure projects are on schedule, on time and on budget. I’m constantly communicating with the team, as changes and revisions come through making sure everyone is aware of the changes and up-to-date timeline.
What part of your role do you enjoy the most? I enjoy being a part of such an incredible hard-working team. It’s great to see all of our team working together behind the scenes to produce great results for our clients. Nothing would get done without the amazing CK team!
Can you tell us a little about your professional background? Before coming to Colin Kurtis, I was in project management for a local construction company in Freeport, IL.
How do you enjoy spending your time outside the office? When I am not at the office you can find me being a taxicab driver for my 9-year-old daughter Brynlee and spending time with family. I love finding new podcasts to listen to, working out, Target runs, and binging Netflix documentaries.
What did you want to be when you grew up (before you knew you would have a career in marketing)? I wanted to be a teacher but then after shadowing for a class in college I realized that was not the career path for me.
